“ My family and I have been frequently this place for years, not sure why they don't have better reviews! Staff is always so friendly and helpful, fish is always fresh (as per my picky sashimi enthusiast dad) Ambiance is perfect for a casual Friday family dinner or lunch break date ”
“ I've lived here for so long and I'm surprised I never gave this place a second try. It's a lovely treat for something so close by! The service is fantastic too, and we are always welcomed with a nice smile. I enjoy the lunch specials a lot - you can get bento boxes, 3 rolls for a set price with a soup or salad, or rice or noodle bowls. My kids always enjoy the 3 rolls - they usually get the eel avocado and the shrimp tempura avocado. What's nice about them is they are not entirely full of rice. Some places like to stuff the sushi with rice but there's not much meat. A truly good sushi spot keeps the rice nice and thin! The appetizers here are also pretty spot on. I love the fried crab and the beef negimaki. It's incredibly juicy and has a lot of flavor to it. The crab is very crisp. I also enjoy eating the sashimi for two - it's really not for you. We fed 4 people with it along with the rolls! The place is clean overall and never overly crowded. I'd say overall, the food is fresh. The only thing I didn't like was the white tuna, but that's a personal preference! ”
“ My new go-to spot for decent quality sushi at an affordable price! I am surprised that the rating isn't higher for this spot. I love their three roll combo for only $15. It is hard to find that combo deal anywhere else! They give plenty of options for rolls to choose from and they always have been good quality every time I order for delivery. Delivery has been fast. The rolls are also big in portion size and they're so generous with their avocado. I have tried their fuji special roll which also was pretty yummy, along with their special rainbow roll. My mom enjoys their futomaki roll that they make and they don't count that as a special roll pricing (a steal!). My favorite is their spicy, crunchy tuna roll. For appetizers, I've ordered their gyoza which I thought they cooked perfectly. However, the hamachi kama was a bit overcooked but it could've been because it was packaged for a while since it was for delivery. I've also ordered their chicken teriyaki entree and the chicken was tender and tasty. In all, I am very happy I found this spot in Queens! ”
“ Beef negimaki was wrapped well and tasted good. The sushi deluxe pieces felt quite fresh, though the ginger had a slightly off flavor ”
“ Location: Queens BLVD, NYC Service: This time we ordered pickup. Great service as usual. They even gave us complimentary. (Tempura w sweet potato) see photo. Food: All very satisfying. Stir fry udon is my go to udon for sure. Will definitely recommend. ”
“ I ordered the a party tray and what can I say it did the job. The food is a great local order in type a spot. It makes you happy to just get a tray of sushi and rolls while at home enjoying a show. It's not top tier but for a the price and convenience it is worth it. Rolls had good ration and also the comes with scallops. We order this 2-3 times a month Take out. Worth a try. 5 thumbs up for local take home hit. ”
“ Not omakase style, but 5 stars in its own local sushi right! I got the 3 sushi roll combo (California, salmon avocado, yellowtail scallion) and two shrimp tempura appetizers. The shrimp appetizers were hot and flaky, includes two shrimps and 3 pieces of vegetables tempura. They were so good that it never made it for pics. The rolls were thin in rice and fresh fish. Very reasonable prices. I would definitely eat here / order from here again!! ”
“ They should have a rating reset, post renovation this place is first class. From the sashimi down to perfectly steamed edamame, everything was thoughtfully prepared. My pictures and the other recent pictures show the noticeably higher quality. I would recommend the all you can eat option for the selection. The sashimi and seared sashimi appetizers are their best offering, similar or better than Sugarfish. The jalapeño yellowtail tastes the same as Nobu's. The sushi rolls are fairly average, the sushi rice is mundane, but that's typical for an all you can eat place. The sacrifice for speed and quantity has to be made somewhere. Filler food. Props to the sushi chef, very beautiful knife-work on the sashimi. For only $37 dinner AYCE, I feel like this would've cost $125-150 in Manhattan. Definitely will be a regular here. ”
“ Order: - Chicken Tempura Roll (4/5) - Chicken Yakisoba (4/5) - Miso Soup (5/5) Pros: - Large menu with a lot of options to choose from - Very quick delivery. I ordered through Grubhub and their delivery person got it to me within 30 minutes of ordering it - Large portions - Affordable Cons: - Yakisoba could use a bit more seasoning as I felt like it was a little bland, particularly the chicken itself Overall: Good sushi place to get take-out/delivery from. Food tasted alright and it was affordable ”
